M8D timetable changes to optimise service

Next Monday 2 January 2023, the TGO DX M8D line connecting Matadepera and Terrassa will change its timetables.

The changes are intended to guarantee improvements in the regularity and reliability of the service, taking into account the high demand obtained in recent months. Improvements under the coordination and financing of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

In this way, the modifications to the service will improve the connection between Matadepera and Terrassa and will allow all the inhabitants of Matadepera who travel early to their places of work or study to do so by public transport.

We describe below what alterations will be made:

• Abolish the 10:00 and 10:15 (after the 8:00-9:00 rush hour) and the 19:00 and 19:15 (after the 17:00-18:00 rush hour) expeditions.
• Add two new early morning departures (outward and return). These depart at 5:45 and 6:15 (Matadepera direction) and 6:00 and 6:30 (Terrassa direction).
