PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

On the other hand, the User – Client (hereinafter the User), registered on the website by means of a username and password, for which he/she has full responsibility for use and custody, is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the Lender.

2.PAYMENTS

Payment by credit or debit card. The lender reserves the right NOT to accept certain payments with certain credit cards.
Payment by credit/debit card:

The charge is made online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution and once it has been verified that the data communicated are correct.

In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, “lescomes” uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce.

In this regard, confidential data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system we use makes the transmission of data over the network completely secure. Your data enjoys total confidentiality and protection.

Credit card details are not recorded in any of our databases. They are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale) of our financial institution, through its Secure Payment Gateway.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the credit card issuer, but if the credit card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to enter into any contract with you.

3.DELIVERY

Unless otherwise expressly indicated on the website, delivery of the Products shall always be made by electronic means, for example, by means of a purchase confirmation and a receipt sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. The Customer shall be responsible for the validity of the e-mail address provided and shall ensure the correct functioning and security of the e-mail program used to receive the Products. The Customer shall bear the risk of loss of the products sent by telematic means from the time of delivery of the e-mail to the Customer’s e-mail provider.

The Customer will always receive an email confirmation of the purchase and a summary of the basic purchase information. It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep this email. If the Customer does not receive the email confirming the purchase of the products ordered, he/she must contact Transports Generals d’Olesa at the email address listed in the “Contact” section of the website.

The ticket purchase confirmation contains a proof of access or a link to this proof of access. The proof of access printed and/or displayed on a “Smartphone” (QR Code), entitles the Customer to validate his/her ticket to the bus.

Each receipt is unique and may not be modified, copied or reused, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

By making the purchase you will acquire Tickets that can be returned at any time, provided that they have not expired.

The Lender retains the right to review the case and thus be able to reject the request for repayment/cancellation.

There are 3 channels for returns:

Within a minimum period of 3 working days the refund will be made to the account associated with the credit/debit card used to purchase the vouchers.

Once the return has been resolved, you will receive the information by email or instant messenger.

5.APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:

These conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly established. The lender and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the lender (if it is a legal entity) or the user (if it is an individual).

In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, the lender and the user expressly waive any other jurisdiction, submitting themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
